1. Privacy Policy

Scope: This policy applies to all digital assets owned and operated by QLeap Ventures, including but not limited to: Active IT Prep, Thrift Science, ZoningLens, ScholarCombine, GhostCut.app, WR Pro Tools, LVLUPINFINANCE, and BudgetWiFiRouters.

A. Data Collection & Processing
  • Local-First Tools (e.g., AI SVG, GhostCut): We prioritize "Local-First" architecture. Files you upload or code you generate is often processed locally on your browser or via ephemeral serverless functions. We do not store your raw creative assets unless explicitly required for the service.
  • DaaS Services (e.g., ZoningLens, ScholarCombine): We collect only the data necessary to provide the service (e.g., email for authentication, search query history). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

B. Analytics: We use Cloudflare Zaraz to collect privacy-centric, anonymous usage statistics (e.g., page views, performance metrics) to improve our products. This technology is designed to respect user privacy and does not track your individual browsing history across the web via third-party cookies.

2. Terms of Service

A. Usage License: Our free tools are provided for personal and commercial use. You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the raw data/code from our platforms without explicit permission.

B. AI & Automated Content: Some of our tools (GhostCut, ScholarCombine) utilize Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can produce hallucinations or errors. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated output before using it in production environments.

C. Disclaimer (No Professional Advice)

Content and tools provided across our platforms (especially Thrift Science, LVLUPINFINANCE, and ZoningLens) are for informational and educational purposes only.

Thrift Science Specific: The "Verdict" and "Risk Score" metrics are estimates based on historical market data from third parties (e.g., eBay). They do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of future profit. All buying and selling decisions are your own.

D. Limitation of Liability: QLeap Ventures is not responsible for any errors, data loss, or financial losses resulting from the use of our tools. All services are provided "as is."
