1. Privacy Policy

Scope: This policy applies to all digital assets owned and operated by QLeap Ventures, including but not limited to: Active IT Prep, Thrift Science, ZoningLens, ScholarCombine, GhostCut app, WR Pro Tools, LVLUPINFINANCE, BudgetWiFiRouters, Double Take Telemetry, Stealth Analytics, KeywordVM, and G2G (Give-to-Get).

A. Data Collection & Processing

Local First Tools (for example, AI SVG, GhostCut): We prioritize Local First architecture. Files you upload or code you generate is often processed locally on your browser or via ephemeral serverless functions. We do not store your raw creative assets unless explicitly required for the service.
DaaS Services (for example, ZoningLens, ScholarCombine, Double Take Telemetry): We collect only the data necessary to provide the service (such as email for authentication, search query history). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

B. Analytics: We use our own in house Stealth Analytics engine to collect privacy centric, anonymous usage statistics (such as page views, performance metrics) to improve our products. This technology is designed to respect user privacy, operates with zero cookies, does not track IP addresses, and does not track your individual browsing history across the web.

C. KeywordVM (keywordvm.com)

Files you upload: Screenshots, images, and CSV files are processed in temporary memory to extract keywords. Once your results are generated, the original files are deleted. We do not keep your uploaded files or the keywords extracted from them.
AI processing: Images are read by an open-weights vision-language model (Qwen2-VL-7B) that runs as part of our own processing pipeline. Your files are not used to train any model.
Account data: KeywordVM uses passwordless email sign-in. We store your email address, your credit balance, and your purchase history so your credits stay attached to your account. We do not store passwords.
Operational data: To run and protect the service we keep limited technical records, such as job IDs, file counts, error logs, and IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. These records do not include the contents of your files or your extracted keywords. Infrastructure providers may also keep their own standard platform logs.
Payments: Purchases are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Service providers: KeywordVM relies on Cloudflare (hosting and serverless processing), Stripe (payments), and Stealth Analytics (anonymous usage statistics, as described in section B). We do not sell your personal data.
Sponsors and advertisers: Sponsors who place content on KeywordVM receive only anonymous, aggregate performance information, such as how often a placement was shown or clicked. We do not share or sell your email address, uploaded files, extracted keywords, purchase history, or payment data (including anything from Stripe) with sponsors or any other third party. If you click a sponsored link, the sponsor's own site may collect data under its own privacy policy.

2. Terms of Service

A. Usage License: Our free tools are provided for personal and commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the raw data or code from our platforms without explicit permission.

B. AI & Automated Content: Some of our tools (GhostCut, ScholarCombine, KeywordVM) utilize Artificial Intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI models can produce hallucinations or errors. You are responsible for verifying all AI generated output before using it in production environments.

C. User-Generated Content (G2G & Community Platforms): When submitting products or leaving feedback on platforms like G2G, you retain ownership of your intellectual property. However, you grant QLeap Ventures a license to display this content. You agree not to upload malicious files, inappropriate images, or spam. We reserve the right to remove any app, user, or review that violates these standards.

D. Disclaimer (No Professional Advice)

Content and tools provided across our platforms (especially Thrift Science, LVLUPINFINANCE, and ZoningLens) are for informational and educational purposes only.

Thrift Science Specific: The Verdict and Risk Score metrics are estimates based on historical market data from third parties (such as eBay). They do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of future profit. All buying and selling decisions are your own.

E. Limitation of Liability: QLeap Ventures is not responsible for any errors, data loss, or financial losses resulting from the use of our tools. All services are provided as is.

F. Subscriptions & Cancellations: You may cancel your Stealth Analytics subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service.

G. KeywordVM Credits, Uploads & Sponsored Content

Credits: KeywordVM is sold in one-time credit packs, not subscriptions. One credit equals one file processed. Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
No refunds: All credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
Your uploads: You confirm that you have the right to upload the files you submit, including any data that belongs to your clients or employer. Do not upload files containing sensitive personal information, or anything unlawful or malicious.
Output accuracy: Extraction from screenshots and files is automated and may miss, misread, or misclassify keywords. Review the output before relying on it. KeywordVM does not guarantee any search ranking, traffic, or business result.
Account access: You sign in with a link sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure.
Sponsored content: KeywordVM displays sponsored placements while files are processing and after results are delivered. These may promote other QLeap Ventures products, such as Active IT Prep, as well as products and services from third-party brands and businesses. Every placement is labeled as sponsored. A placement is not an endorsement by QLeap Ventures, and we are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of sponsors or the sites they link to. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
